Dietary Restrictions
VEGETARIAN
A person who is vegetarian eats no animal flesh or gelatin, but still consumes the various byproducts of animals.
A person who is vegan consumes no animal products or byproducts.
ALLERGIES
A person may be allergic to a product so they will choose to abstain from consuming it. The FDA requires that all food labels include the top eight allergens: milk/dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, wheat/gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish.
